How to Register
It’s easy to get started. If you’ve never registered before, registration is fast and convenient. You’ll need your Name as it appears on your bill, your billing address, your Account Number as it appears on your bill, and your email address. You’ll create your own personal Username and Password and, when completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you indicating that you are now registered. Once registered, all you’ll need is your Username and Password to access your account.
During the sign-up process for online bill pay, if it asks for a pin #, the pin # can be found at the top of your billing statement. It is a 5 digit #. For questions, just contact the City of Kooskia.
This is a Convenience Fee-based service. The convenience fee is collected by a third-party payment processor and that fee is used to pay the credit card processing fees and the cost of operating the payment website. The City does not collect any of the Convenience Fees.
The City does not collect or retain any personal financial information with this website as that process is entirely handled by The Payment Group/ PAYA through its secure payment processing portal.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
